Governments around the world are, like it or not, very impregnated with two key attributes, economics and ego.
Unfortunately, we have reached the point where political leaders ( with rare exceptions ) highlight in their persons the idiosyncrasies of a people that holds them. We say unfortunately because this fact indicates that the solution ( if any ) is not so simple. For that to solve governments must necessarily address the mentality of a people or at least the majority.

In many democratic countries (representative democracy), the root of the problem lies in how they are raised political systems, they have a very easy to corrupt, since they depend on political parties which, internally, have dealings quite decadent games of interest, power and accommodation, and in turn, the success of these institutions depends purely of economic power (to buy wills (*)) in that count.
Although governments are more than politics and politicians, as they are composed of a wide spectrum of people who "meet" with their work, and contain various facets of the same thing, from those who retain their sense of service, to those who intended, from their positions, perks and special treatment (some better dressed than others).
As one of the most sickening aspects of governments today we will highlight their collection systems .
With gadgets, copied and re-copied between governments of different countries have made away with it, and that is, to convince people who are forced to keep them with their work and their money because if, or rather, because it dictates the law, ignoring completely the obligations of governments to their people (urge you to read the national constitutions).
Governments have spent this last time to create legislation that would hold, always disguised as "benefits" (safety, equity, education, health, sovereignty and income redistribution).
Therefore, we are currently facing a parasitic entity that feeds on money, but above all, of the energy of the people, who must work for a increasingly less reduced group of people unable to provide anything creative or productive. This type of people seeking sustained as a way of life that they consider privileged.
And in this part we go into why it is the people that sustains them, and this is because citizens think in same way of their rulers, they believe strongly that there is an institutional to support, and although they brand as corrupt rulers, they believe to them in a privileged position, for being an authentic useless that should live of creativity and productivity of others.
This forms a vicious circle where the people pay to be persecuted with demands and obligations that aren't retributed by their governments.

In itself, the reigning ideology is what creates this state of governments and peoples dominated by a sense of scarcity and selfishness for differentiation by economic or social status.
Discounting those situations that border the subhuman that some depraved have generated who have discovered how to manipulate ( and do not deny themselves to do that ) as if it were pond's dolphin , low people in every sense. Low in understanding, low self esteem, low feelings. And this does not only come from government institutions, but also businessmen, several institutions and people in general.
Another serious issue that all governments highlight is the division of the world's inhabitants.
Through a somewhat ridiculous contraption has managed to develop a feeling as artificial as destructive as it is patriotism. A kind of pseudo-love to the geographical area politically circumscribed by a line designed.

The misery of the people is holding the institutions of governance and control, and, the solution, will not be born from them, because that means their demise. And the fear to disappear is one of the biggest precursors of chaos and bad life. The sense of survival comes into play, and it is not related to life, but with the identification to a lifestyle (although miserable and unworthy) they do not want it to end.
And if some think they see that misery is being stimulated by governments in massively form, thanks to the media, is ready to understand why.
Long ago, many people, discovered the role that they bear, therefore, formed with free labor organizations which function it should fulfill their governments.
Others simply provide the most they can of themselves in whatever they do. Others share knowledge, others offer a hand whenever they can, other things devised to improve something, others try to be better people every day, others acknowledged their ignorance opening the possibility to knowledge, and so we will individually and en masse, the change want to see in the world.
